Halloween is just around the corner and it can be hard to help your kids to have a healthy Halloween. I never know what kind of treats to give out or what ways I can promote a happy, healthy Halloween. I’ve always thought of Halloween as a chance to connect with neighbors and dress up as something fun. I love picking out costumes for my girls. However, I am nearing the end of getting to pick one out for Dahlia. She is starting to pick out her own outfits and PJs. As a girl who loves fashion, it is so hard for me to let her leave the house in an outfit that doesn’t match. On Monday, Land’s End will be hosting a chat to help answer some of our Halloween questions! Tune in Monday, October 19th at 6:15 p.m. EST for a twitter chat co-hosted by Land’s End or on Tuesday, October 20th, at 6:15 p.m. EST for a Facebook question and answer session with Dr. Silverman. Dr. Silverman specializes in working with a variety of mental health disorders, including ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. It’s a great place you get your questions answered. What questions do you have about Halloween?

I am not a big fan of Halloween. I would much rather attend a fall festival. We are going to dress up the grandkids and take them trick or treating. We will also pass out candy to all those cute little ones
I as well don’t know what to hand out for Halloween 😖
I still find it hard to tell if Halloween is good for kids since some costumes are frightening.
I’ll have to share the news with my sister since halloween is huge for her kids!! xo, Biana –BlovedBoston
