Yellow…

Happy Monday! This yellow skirt is making me super cheerful to kick off the week! That, and I still have Carrie Underwood’s “All American Girl” song stuck in my head.  My older daughter and I were jamming out last night to it! Ha! She loves the video with all the different costumes in it. She was asking us about when she gets to go to college and when she gets to get married.  Telling her she gets to go to college in fourteen years sounds like less time than it should! I love this outfit because, like I said, I think yellow is so cheerful, but also the price point.  The shirt is under $20 and the skirt is under $25. That is a pretty great outfit for church or just something to wear everyday! The skirt also comes in a great navy if you want it to be less of a statement piece.

We took our last boat ride of the season yesterday. I’m ready to be done with 90 degree weather but I’m not ready for lake season to be coming to an end! I hope you all have a great start to your weeks!
