Working out in the fall is so much easier than in the summer. The weather is cooler during the morning and evening but still nice and warm all day. This allows me to dress warmer if I want to go on a run right when I get up or wear shorts mid day. In the summer, I have to be much more strategic with my running due to the heat. Buying a new workout outfit always inspires me to get out and exercise more. Lately, my working out has been more walking with the stroller, but I’ll take whatever gets me outside.
