Mixed Stitch Long Cardigan…

Words that I love to describe a cardigan: “mixed stitch” and “long.” I love the mixture of textures on this cozy sweater. The length on it is perfect and, bonus, it has POCKETS. I have always been a sucker for pockets. I really wanted some on my wedding dress but could not find the right style with pockets (you can find some wedding photos here). It also comes in this really great black color if you’re looking for a darker sweater! I love that these booties can be worn with dresses, skirts and jeans. I recommend getting a pair of these socks to go with them. They really stay on your foot well and go further up our foot, which I find to be way more comfortable.

Basement Update

It was so hard picking out the tile for the bar area floor. It is such a large space that I was scared of getting anything with too much pattern. We were also told that we shouldn’t do a wood floor and that was what I’d liked origionally. We finally found this amazing porcelain tile but I was still a little nervous to see how it turned out. The pictures make it look a little more brown than it really looks in person. It is for sure a grey tile! The bathroom has all white tile with subways and hexagon tile. That one was an easy pick for me and I am obsessed with it! I’ll make sure to share some photos on here once we get better ones.

I am as always so excited to hang out with my sweeties on the weekend! Hopefully we can spend as much time outside as possible. I just love the cool fall weather and the leaves are beautiful this time of year.
