Happy New Year! I found this elbow cutout ruffle sweater and thought it was such a fun way to incorporate ruffles. It has been so cold here lately I just want to wear sweaters all the time! I got this Patagonia Vest for Christmas and it is so warm. I have wanted one for awhile and my mother in law gave it to me. It shocked me with how warm that vest could be! I have even layered it under my coat some.
I always feel like time of year I am motivated to set health and wellness goals, like trying to drink more water, eat healthier, read more, get more sleep, etc. I have to admit, most years it’s to lose weight but this year I’ll stick to eating less sugar! I know that New Years resolutions are notorious for being broken eventually but I always feel like why not take the positive momentum and go with it! The girls and I are making going to the gym a regular thing. They have so much fun playing in the play area and they seem to get some good exercise in themselves. Today we are going swimming before they go back to preschool tomorrow.
